If so, their iMessage needs to be de-registered.

Mar 13, 2016 8:41 PM in response to gail from maineby Cschneider11,AH ha! Our text messaging was blocked by the carrier from the previous phone plan. That's why it worked on iPhones, because it went through iMessage. But even though we had messaging on the plan, it was disabled.
