How do I change my iCloud email address on my iPhone 6s? My old email is no longer valid.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

I followed the instructions. The problem is the email on my iPhone is different than the email for Apple ID and I want the Apple ID email for my iPhone.

What do you mean? Did you forget the password for the email on your phone?
If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
