Is this site a Apple's real site?

When I login by my Apple ID, it is tell me "Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly. "

Is it validated by Apple? or a phishing from China?

That's real. A phishing site will never tell you that you've entered your information incorrectly; it doesn't have anything to check what you've put in against.

As far as I can tell, it starts with apple.com and is an apple site.

The login page looks a little simplistic to me. You need to enroll in the Apple developer program. There is a free level.
