We will need more information in order to help you. What do you mean that your SIM is not supported? Are you trying to use a card from a different carrier then you had originally? Is your phone unlocked to use a new SIM? What is the error message you get, if any?

yes used to card from different carrier. phone was unlocked.message show "could not activate Iphone"

the phone was purchased from Canada and unlocked in Nepal.phone carrier is 23.0

How did you get the phone unlocked? As I asked, did you contact the carrier it was locked to?
