My email logo signature keeps disappearing

i added a picture logo to my email signature, and when I start a new email the logo disappearce, when I go back to the settings and signature the logo disappeared ? Is there a fix ? I called apple and it was useless no resolution but my galaxy s6 works fine with it, but my iPad doesn't.
