In FCP 7 how to move a graphic target on an real moving back?

In Final Cut Pro 7 I have a walking character and I have a target to put on his walking back?

Final Cut Pro 7, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

1. Make sure the graphic of the target has a transparent background and save it as a .tif, .png or .psd file format.

2. Import the file into your FCP project.

3. Place the graphic on the track above the video clip and place the Timeline playhead at the first frame.

4. Double-click the graphic to open it in the Viewer window.

5. Use the controls in the Viewer's Motion tab to position and size the graphic.

6. Set a key frame for the initial position.

7. Advance frame-by-frame, setting the new position to align with the walking character in the video clip. You may also need to adjust the size if the walking character moves away or toward the camera.


You can also do this in Motion.
