Q: I have changed the email address of my apple ID and have lost over half of pics and videos on my phone? help? they are not on icloud either?

You may want to see if you can still sign in with your previous Apple ID and see if they are showing up in iCloud Photo Library:

If they are not available there, you would need to restore from a backup:
