If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a verified rescue email address on your account (an additional/alternate email address is different, they are not used for resetting security questions). You will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
If your country isn't on that page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
I unfortunately due to lack of options

High security question in my mind I was wrong

You have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset, see my above reply.
What photos, and what do you want to do with them ?
(I've asked the hosts to remove your image from your post as it contains your account it - these are user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum.)
