The issue is your Artwork file size is too big.

It is over 500 kb.
Artwork in iTunes MUST meet all these specs:
1,400 x 1,400 pixels to 3,000 x 3,000 pixels
.jpg or .png
RGB color
AND MUST BE <500kb in file size.
When you update your artwork - you also MUST change the file name from - thecipher-itunes-artwork-2048.jpg to something different.
