Q: I don't see the "Import Entourage Data" option in El Capitan iCal.  Is it hidden, moved, or gone?

I'm helping a guy to migrate his calendar from Entourage 2008 to iCal and don't see the Import -> Import Entourage Data option like this support article mentions.  Given how old Entourage 2008 is, I'm wondering if the feature is no longer present in iCal.  If not, is there an elegant alternative?
