If I set up a FaceTime call U.S. to England, will there be a telephone charge

I would like to set up a FT call to a cousin who doesn't use e-mail. I would like to know if there will be a telephone charge if I use his landline number. He has an iPad. Also what would he have to do to receive FT? I know he has internet access.

Facetime will NOT charge for international calls.Facetime is just an Apple Service for Video Calling 🙂As long as you are only FACETIMING. He can set up FaceTime in settings>FaceTime and also register his phone number with FaceTime.If you go in and FaceTime him with that number, it WILL NOT charge you even though its an international number.
