Q: iphone apps not upgrading on iphone

deleted my ID which was shared. Re-entered her ID and then re-downloaded all the apps under her ID.

Upgrade works from her computer in itunes but not from her phone.........?

ok so now what - how do I get her phone to be able to upgrade HER apps?

How do I reset up the phone w all its contents - restore form iTunes?

This is not very clear. To review -

I sign out of Find Iphone and iCloud.

then do reset, Erase all content and settings.

Then restart phone, enter her ID and passcode

Then do an itunes restore?

To clarify the problem before following your advice.

This problem makes no sense. My wife's ID has always been

correct on her phone. I deleted my ID that was used to share apps w her. I since

downloaded her apps using her ID. Why won't the phone update them?
Keeps asking for the shared ID and password.....that are no longer associated with

any of her apps........?
