Q: FaceTime not working on Macbook Pro

Hi, 

 

FaceTime is not working on my MacBook Pro.  it is not recognising my login details even thought they are 100% correct.  it continues to jump back to the login screen and has an error message 'the server has encountered a error processing registration. Please try again later…

 

i am absolutely useless at these things however I have run a software update and i'm running on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)… i don't even know what that means.

 

if anyone has any simple troubleshooting tips for me to try that would be fab  I am currently doing interviews for overseas jobs and would like to not have to hold my phone for FaceTime chats.
