I have stayed with Snow Leopard because I LOVE the AppleWorks database features. Is there not an application out there that allows for same type of db personalizing ???

The open-source suite LibreOffice has a database component that is compatible with MS Access:

And the Oracle MySQL community edition has an MS Access to MySQL migration tool. 😉
