Mar 14, 2016 8:41 PM in response to Loner Tby Rambler358,Thanks, but I don't think that can help me, at least I didn't see how it could.

Mar 15, 2016 7:17 AM in response to Loner Tby Rambler358,So the nested link from your link had this info:
Here's how (I think) I did it:
- remove all drivers with DDU;
- unpack Catalyst Omega drivers;
- unpack latest Beta drivers;
- unpack December 2014 Bootcamp drivers;
- replace the entire contents of the Bin64 subdirectory in the Beta drivers' directory (in c:\AMD\) with the entire contents of the Bin64 subdirectory of the Omega drivers;
- replace the Installmanagerapp.exe and installmanager.dll files in the Bin64 directory of the Beta drivers with the same files from the Bin64 directory of the December 2014 bootcamp drivers;
-run setup.exe in the beta drivers unpacked directory.
I lost my catalyst control panel in the process (despite registry cleaning) but, who cares about that if crossfire no longer needs to be switched off for GTAV???
From the above, it's still unclear to me. First he states "he thinks" his instructions are correct. I also don't know what DDU is. And then there's still control panel issues after he completed his process. Not very confidence inspiring to a relatively new Mac user. But thanks for pointing it out anyway.

Aug 12, 2016 1:01 PM in response to Rambler358by JeanDit,I have the same issue. It is not acceptable that Apple forbids us to install native AMD drivers on one hand and doesn’t release proper driver updates on the other hand.
As I can read on many forums, I am part of the people who bought the M395X for gaming and regrets it. Third parties have started packaging updated drivers and your customers are putting at risk their hardware in order to have what they payed for - a decent gaming machine to play games of the century. Common Apple, you can do better than that, please provide us support for the great hardware you are selling!

Aug 12, 2016 1:08 PM in response to JeanDitby Loner T,Check Apple Software Update or BC Assistant for updated drives or call Apple Technical Support/Apple Product Feedback. ASC does not have any release information.

Sep 4, 2016 3:56 AM in response to Rambler358by joe@ma,Check out mXDriver! It's a driver mod of AMDs official Radeon Crimson driver and should run on nearly all newer AMD based Apple GPUs, the M395X including!
