Q: Why is the Apple Server that stores my Apple ID always Wrong?

Why is the Apple Server that stores my Apple ID consistently WRONG? It is more screwed up than Donald Trump. This ID problem has been going on for YEARS and it is still NOT RESOLVED. I checked my Security questions just now to see what would happen. Same old, same old. My correct answers, which I have recorded on my computer, are rejected as incorrect.

Not only that, but Apple has refused my CC # which is VALID, VALID, VALID everywhere in the country and Europe, except on Apple's Server. My Credit Card Limit is $20,400.00. I was told by an Apple Support Representative that If I want to buy something at the App store or on iTunes, I must get a new CC. Yikes!!!!! Why? Because for some stupid reason, the Apple Server shows the CC refused to pay $5.40 for an app. My statement shows it was approved and paid. I have the app on my iPad.

I have been a loyal Apple buyer since 1998. I have bought 7 or 8 desktop computers including a MacPro, one iPad, one iTouch, one iPod Classic, one iBook, and most recently a MacBook Pro for my granddaughter. I also own several thousand shares of Apple Stock. Nonetheless, the Apple Server has more credibility than I do? Duh!

Am I upset about this? Youbetcha!

If Apple's Server isn't performing, it is most definitely Apple's problem and all Apple users need to know if the problem is not being addressed. I suspect I am NOT the only Apple user who's had an ID problem and scratched their head over how to get it resolved when the support suggestions don't solve their problem. The Apple Support Representative I spoke to most definitely refused to help me solve my problem. Just as you have.
