Is a .CME video file something that any application will play on a Mac?

I didn't doubt you, but it must be a format that some other software uses also - see the second video down at http://www.twcnews.com/nys/capital-region/news/2016/02/25/full-video--unedited-v ideo-of-ualbany-bus-fight.html about 2:56 and it shows the CommandPlayer.Portable opening the .CME file as a video. It looks like it says "March Networks Command Player" at the upper left.
I'll try contacting that company I guess.
The videos at TWC News work for me. The files at the other site are the raw files that TWC News is showing parts of in the second video down. It looks like it's some kind of viewer that lets people switch between cameras and also see where the bus is in relation to the time in the videos.
I'm not aware of any OSX program that opens .cme files. That is a Windows Game File.
Strange - it's supposed to be a Capital District Transportation Authority bus video, not a game file!
The videos on the Capital District Transportation Authority site seems to be HTML5 files and should play in most browsers.
If you mean the CommandPlayer.Portable.exe application that is Windows only.
TWC also has something for iPhones and iPads in the App Store.
