My Dad just got a new phone but all his notes got deleted how do you recover this if you didn't download iTunes backup on PC before??
Were the notes perhaps backed up to iCloud?
Have your dad log into iCloud at https://www.icloud.com and check there

No backup? No notes.
Notes are synchronized in iCloud, thus they are not part of an iCloud backup. If you have an iTunes backup, they should be recoverable from that backup. Otherwise, when deleted off the device, that action would have been synchronized with iCLoud, and thus deleted from there and every other connected device as well.
Notes Got deleted From old phone so can't Transfer to new one how do you recover notes??
