    Hello there, Mbriggs87.

It seems that you may be having a billing issue related to your former Beats Music account and your Apple Music account. Beats Music was discontinued on November 30, 2015 and how to manage subscriptions is outlined here in the following Knowledge Base article:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

    Subscriptions that renew automatically include:

    • Apple Music memberships
    • Newspaper subscriptions
    • Magazine subscriptions
    • Online memberships or subscriptions to services such as HBO NOW, Spotify, Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, etc.

To set up automatically renewing subscriptions, you must have a valid payment method on file or have enough store credit to cover the amount of your first renewal. Learn how to change your payment method or add store credit to your account.

Your membership might renew if you don't turn off Automatic Renewal more than 8 hours before your renewal date.

Follow the steps below to view, change, or cancel your subscriptions from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your computer.

    On your Mac or PC

Click to open iTunes and sign in to your Account Information, or use the steps below:

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Click Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
    3. Click your name, and select Account Info from the drop-down menu.
    4. Enter your password again.
    On the Account Information screen:
    1. Scroll to the Settings section.
    2. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.
If you don't see a subscription in iTunes and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID. If so, you might have subscribed directly with the provider and not through iTunes. In this case, please contact the content publisher or app developer directly to cancel your subscription.
    3. Choose the subscription you want to manage.
    4. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal.
Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Additionally this article provides information on iTunes Store charges on credit and debit card statements and how to report an issue/request a refund:

If you compared your purchase history (and family members' purchase histories) to your statement and still don't recognize the charge or want to request a refund, contact Apple Support.
