Difference between JPEG 2000 Image (QT) and JPEG (QT)??

Hi:

I often like to use AW to work with phonos for my web site.

So, often will safe an AW drawing document as a JPEG>

I am wondering, what the difference between JPEG 2000 Image (QT) and JPEG (QT) as a "SAVE AS" feature? What is difference? Which one best for web pages?

JPEG is what's called a "lossy" format--that is, it squishes data out of the image to create a smaller file size. JPEG 2000 was an attempt to create a loss-free kind of JPEG. It was a really good idea, but never caught on and you won't find many programs or web browsers that understand it. Use JPEG rather than JPEG 2000, but be aware that text is going to be fuzzy in a JPEG.
