Local McDonalds Apple Pay Broken

The last time it worked for me at this particular McDonalds was about 2 weeks ago. I've been using it at this McDonalds since Apple Pay was released. What's really irritating is that the guy working the counter says that they don't take Apple Pay, claims that they never have and that I should contact Apple to get Apple Pay there. I told him I've used it there just a couple weeks ago, and he acts like I'm lying to him or I don't know what I'm doing.

I've tried calling the 800 number for their store and reporting it, but that hasn't gotten me anywhere. Is there a means to report this to Apple?

Whether Apple Pay works at McDonald's is their issue. You would need to report that to their corporate headquarters. Apple has nothing to do with the particular restaurant's participation, or the fact the individual terminal does not work.

a. you are not talking to  directly here - we are just end users like you

b. I would suggest to talk to the manager of the store and show them the list of establishments that accepts  Pay

c. Although I am not sure it will help - Apple accepts feedback at www.apple.com/feedback

The feedback might help. I don't think the actual manager of the store is normally there at the times I'm in the store, or at least the guy working the counter has never offered to let me talk to the manager. He just said to contact Apple.
