Q: Local McDonalds Apple Pay Broken

The last time it worked for me at this particular McDonalds was about 2 weeks ago. I've been using it at this McDonalds since Apple Pay was released. What's really irritating is that the guy working the counter says that they don't take Apple Pay, claims that they never have and that I should contact Apple to get Apple Pay there. I told him I've used it there just a couple weeks ago, and he acts like I'm lying to him or I don't know what I'm doing.

 

I've tried calling the 800 number for their store and reporting it, but that hasn't gotten me anywhere. Is there a means to report this to Apple?
