Move to IOS app - cannot connect to device

I have tried a 100 times to get my Samsung S5 to connect to my iPhone 6S using the Move from Android app. I have made sure Smart Network Switch is off on my Samsung but when I enter the passcode I have noticed the wifi drops out & the Samsung appears to switch to 4G and then back again.


I have tried switching to airplane mode and removing the SIM from my Samsung but nothing seems to work.


Any advice would be greatly appreciate as am about to pull my hair out.
