Q: Security questions

Hi,

We have an Apple account that was created for an iphone that was used by an employee of our company.

The employee left and the new one will now use that phone. The last employee gave us the Apple password, but not the answer to the security questions, so we can't access to a lot of things on the "manage your apple ID" page.

How can we do please?

You need to contact the previous owner and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

Thanks for your answer Thunderzzz.
Actually, the Apple ID that is linked to that phone doesn't belong to the last employee, it belongs to the company. So we don't want to remove this iphone from the list od devices.
We have the password but we don't have the answer to the security questions.
How can we do?

You need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset its security questions. To contact them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
