I understand that you are not able to get the video that you made in iMovie on your iOS device. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.
I am unsure of how you are importing the video from your iPhone to your PC, but there are other alternatives that you can do to get it to your computer. I would suggest sending the video to iTunes. Take a look at the the steps outlined below to walk you through this. Then all you need to do is locate the file within the iTunes folder to copy it out and then you can name it whatever you like.

Share to iTunes
To transfer your movie or trailer to your Mac or to another compatible iOS device (such as iPad or iPhone), you can send the project to iTunes.
Tip: If both devices work with AirDrop, you can transfer your project directly to another iOS device or a Mac using AirDrop.
Sending a movie or trailer to iTunes creates a consolidated version of the project—including all video clips, photos, and audio clips—that can be edited further. The original movie or trailer remains on the device where it was created.

In iMovie on your device, do one of the following:
-
From the Projects browser: Tap the project you want to share.
-
If you’re editing a project: Tap Done (in the upper-left corner) to return to the project details screen.
-
-
Tap the Share button
, tap iTunes, then tap OK when the export is complete. -
Connect your device to your computer, then open iTunes on your computer.
After a moment, your device appears in iTunes in the Library window.
-
Click the device’s button at the top of the iTunes window.
-
Select Apps in the sidebar on the left.
-
Select iMovie in the Apps list below File Sharing (you may need to scroll in the main window to see it).
-
In the iMovie Documents area, select the file you just shared, then click the “Save to” button and save the file to your computer in a place where you can find it easily.
You can also save the file by dragging it to a location on your computer.
-
Disconnect the device from your computer.
If your computer has iMovie for Mac 10.1 or later, you can double-click the transferred file to open your project in iMovie for Mac.
To transfer your movie or trailer from iTunes to another iOS device, see Import from iTunes or iCloud.
