Sound problem

I recently purchased an iPhone 6 Plus and I noticed that the volume when on a call is very, very low. I turned the volume all the way up and there is still no improvement. When I had my iPhone 5S, I was able to actually turn down the volume because it was loud. Is anyone else having this problem?

Device: iPhone 6

Capacity: 64 gb

Color: golden

*Phone volume is normal when on a call through Speakerphone or BT connection. Volume level problem is only experienced when using the ear piece.

When you say ear piece - do you mean when you are holding the phone up to your ear? Because you also mention that volume is ok using BlueTooth

Yes it's good on earphones, but when somebody call me I can't hear properly on both ringing and at voice of other side of.

Yes, when I take my phone to my ear i can't hear clearly and loud before than now.

Had the same problem with my wife's iPhone 6. The problem turned out to be a varnish over the ear piece screen. Like many women (and men), my wife styles here hair using hairspray and mousse. It only takes a hot day and a little sweat to reconstitute the hairspray and by holding her phone to her ear it transfers to the mesh screen on the iPhone which is perfect for holding that liquid, it dries and forms a varnish that blocks the sound making it sound really low. Easy fix is to get some rubbing alcohol moisten a q-tip and rub on the ear piece screen ( don't go too damp with the alcohol or you may have another problem it is an electronic device). Immediately dry with the dry end of the Q-tip. Repeat several times and you will have normal volume back again. Hope it works for you as well as it did for me.
