Q: Can I use Apple Pay even though my card doesn't have contactless?
So I have an Apple Watch and an iPhone 6, both compatible for Apple Pay. I was wondering, even though my card doesn't have contactless will Apple Pay work in stores where I hold my watch up to the card reader and it pays wirelessly? My phone and watch have both let me add my card to Apple Pay, and if I double press the back button on my Apple Watch it brings up my card and says "hold near reader to pay". I just always thought that as my card doesn't have contactless it won't work with Apple Pay...
Thanks!

If your card issuer supports Apple Pay on your particular card, it will work.
The features of the card itself do not have any bearing on the Apple Pay feature. As long as your Bank supports Apple Pay on your type of card, which it appears they do, as you were able to add it to Apple Pay, you should be able to use it for Apple Pay.
