My fire vault was turned off...I do not have any idea how it happened. How can I turn it on again or can I turn it on again? Thanks

I assume that you mean FileVault not "fire vault".
Which version of the Mac OS X are you using?
In El Capitan, visit System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> FileVault and enable FileVault there.
