Q: not knowing Apple ID , password and dont know which email has been used.

He went to the market ,but the market now is closed and moved to somewhere else and he can not find the person that created that account for him .

No there is no skipping steps.

You've ran into this probably.

Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

Your friend has run into the Activation lock which is anti theft device

If the original owner of the phone is not available to remove the lock then the phone is useless

Your friend can try to get their money back but there is nothing we can do or suggest that will enable them to use that phone
