how do I increase the memory space on office 365
i mean the e mail available space as it keeps telling me it is full.

Hi, it says you memory is 90% full when using th outlook for my e mail... but only been using it for a week.
Perhaps it is your storage allotment on your Mail server (on the Internet) that is full.
Contact Microsoft's Office 365 support and ask them. These forums are for troubleshooting Apple products.
You may want to post your question in the Microsoft Office For Mac Community. Note that Office 365 does not indicate what version of Office you are using -- Office 365 indicates Microsoft's subscription method of licensing but does not indicate the version.
