apple tv channels stuck on loading

beyond my wifi connection because I am able to purchase and view itunes tv shows and movies without a problem.

i am just experiencing problems with apple tv channels never spinning up.

Yes, I have restarted, reset and used the "test your connection" software on the Apple TV

Yes, I have checked to make sure I have updated software on the Apple TV, which it says I do.
