Q: security questions

I first set up my apple ID 6 years ago & can't remember my answers to my security questions. When you follow the steps to change it, it still requires the answers to the old ones, can somebody please help me ?!

You need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

    4. Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support
    5. If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
    6. About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
