Mar 15, 2016 4:20 PM in response to lllaassby dustitrio,Thanks for the reply lllaass, but I have done all of these to no avail.
I need the USB driver for win 10 from apple.
The computer sees the device but there is no universal usb driver for the apple products in the software or from windows (MS).
Also getting very tired of reinstalling itunes everytime i want to do something.

Try this
Go into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall itunes, Apple Mobile Device service and Apple Application support
Then to clear away the cobwebs, restart your computer
redownload iTunes
Plug your iPod into the computer, if you have multiple USB ports, use one you didn't use before.
See if the driver self-installs
Every time the iOS updates, the drivers update too. Unfortunately, windows doesn't always 'get' that the driver is updated and doesn't always remove the old one. So if you remove the apple programs it also removes the drivers and forces them to reinstall.
If it's any consolation, I too have devices on a windows 10 laptop and I haven't had to do this for a while, so you may not have to do it multiple times either.
