How do I cancel my monthly iCloud storage plan?

Hi there I have selected downgrade the option 5gb free but there is no option then to press 'done' as there is on the upgrade options so u have to press cancel which means I am still on the buying extra storage option?!

Can you tell me how to cancel as I have never used it as I didn't have enough storage to ever download it. I have been charged for over a year on my old phone and there is no storage. Tried several times to unsuccessfully cancel

If you want to downgrade your iCloud storage you have to do it yourself, follow the linked instructions that have been posted

You can either do it on an iOS device (iPad or iPod Touch if you don't have an iPhone), or a Mac or PC - see half-way down : iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

1. If you're using iOS 8 or later, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage. If you're using an earlier version of iOS, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup
2. Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
3. Choose an upgrade, then tap Buy and enter your Apple ID password.

I received an unsolicited notice of an unrequested update that had been made on my icloud storage, with a monthly charge. it states that I have 15 days to downgrade back to my original plan, cancel the upgrade. where can i send my cancel and refund request?
