Mar 15, 2016 6:51 PM in response to Blackjack212by MasterofApple,- Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
- Try to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
- Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and update servers.
- If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support

Mar 15, 2016 7:10 PM in response to Blackjack212by deggie,If you have never jailbroken this iPhone, it is a brick and you need to replace it.
If you have jailbroken it you need to put it in DFU mode (Google it for helpful videos) and restore it as a new device in iTunes.
