AppleTV does not accept my Apple ID and password. I have not changed my Apple ID/password and they work fine in the iTunes Store. What's the next step?

If on wifi try Ethernet
Make sure router has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)
Test on another network

How would I test on another network?
Would resetting the AppleTV solve my problem? I've tried restarting several times.
