My projects are freezing while saving! please help!

I get the spinning wheel of death and have to force quit every time. All of my plug ins/loops are legit and completely legal before anyone asks. It's only some projects but almost all of the projects in which i use loops freeze and crash. By the way, I already updated to 10.2.2
