Does anyone know what the typical lag/lead time is between when a tvOS developer submits an update to an existing application and when the update shows up on the App Store? Disney Infinity announced an update for the 3.0 edition on 3/14, saying it would be available on 3/15, but the latest version in the App Store is still 1.1 from last December. One might think it would be *technically* possible to submit an update for review/approval with a "do not release until" date attached to it, but... no idea what the actual mechanism/process is or how it works (especially with large, well-known companies like Disney - unless Apple treats all developers equally, regardless of revenue).
