Q: iTunes does not (always) recognise iPhone or iPad

Hi all,

I am using a Win10 PC. Since about 1 week ago I cannot sync my iPhone or iPad with iTunes. When I connect my, say, iPhone to PC, it gives the "blink" sound repeatedly but does not show up in the iTunes. I opened the device manager and checked the USB controller, there is no "Apple mobile device USB driver" in the list and the screen keeps flashing - like it is trying to start the Apple USB driver but not successful. I've tried rebooting the PC and plug in again, then sometimes it will start sync-ing, but will stop suddenly before sync is complete. I saw that, in such case, the Apple USB driver did start - so the sync started - but suddenly disappear from the list (meaning it's stopped?).

Has anyone experienced this before and know how to resolve? Thanks a lot in advance.

Best Regards,

Gee-Fore

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1, same problem for my iPad2.
