Q: Forgot Apple ID password and no longer have access to the email that is attached to it.

Hello,

My dad has an iPad Pro, he was facing some performance issue with it yesterday and while I was searching the internet I found that people recommended doing a hard reset/restore to the device. Everything went well until the activation page; My dad has forgotten his Apple ID password and also no longer has access to the email that is attached to his account.

I'm hoping that the community could help because the iPad Pro is working as a paperweight since yesterday.
