What OSX version? If not a recent one then the version of Safari may not be supported since it has security problems

What browser? Try a different browser.

Hi thanks for your reply . i am using version 10.6.8 .

i am not really clued up on everything but have checked for updates and there are none.

never had any problems with other sites. this is the first time i have come across this.

Yes, I have 10.6.8 too, and often come across sites I cannot use.    As was said, Snow Leopard is no longer supported, neither is Safari with that OS.    But, if you try using Firefox that might solve your problem.   That is still supported with Snow Leopard.

Yes, try FireFox. Google is stopping updating Chrome for 10.6.8 (and 10.7.8 and even 10.8.5) in April 2016
