This is a user-to-user technical support forum. You're not addressing Apple here.

It's not clear what your problem is. You say your phone is unlocked. What do you mean by that? Why is it a problem? Most people are upset when they can't unlock their phone.

Explain exactly what you're trying to do and what happens when you try. List any troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

I'm sorry but that post makes no sense in English. You may want to try posting in your native language or get someone who writes English better to help you.

I'm going to take a guess here, though. If you have a phone that is locked to an Apple ID, you need the Apple ID password to unlock it. If the Apple ID is yours and you've forgotten the passcode, start here:

If the Apple ID is someone else's, you'll need to have that person remove the device from their account.

Is this someone else's Apple ID and passcode? If so, unless you can get that person to remove the phone from their account, the phone is now useless to you.

Then who is the "him" you haven't been in communication with?

If you can't remember your Apple ID, you don't have many options. Did your girlfriend buy this phone new from Apple or an authorized reseller? If so, she will need to take the phone and the receipt from the purchase to Apple. If she bought it used, you're out of luck. You have a brick.

Are you saying that Apple in your country only speaks English? As you will need to communicate with Apple to resolve this, you will need to find a way. Apple does not do tech support by email. If you have an Apple Store that you can go to, that would probably be the simplest solution.

That is not possible. Only Apple can help you. Anyone who says they can unlock your phone for money is just going to steal your money.

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

Then you will have to contact them in another country, preferably the country where the phone you have was originally sold.

Could you describe issue in more details.
