I understand that you are unable to use the internet on your iPad. Is this through cellular data or Wi-Fi? Either way, I do have some troubleshooting that should help you out.
I would start with taking a look at the articles below. The first will go into troubleshooting issues with cellular data on your iPad. It will have you reseat the SIM card as well as resetting the network settings on your iPad.
The second article will go into issues over Wi-Fi. Both options do involve resetting the network settings so it will be beneficial to get this working again.
