Need your help in knowing how can we get Apple ID from IPAD Serial No.
My IPAD is disabled and have tried all the three options to enable but did not succeed (it was giving error code 3XXX) during update and restoration process during factory reset option execution).
Currently I am only having IPAD Serial No. with me and hence, would like to know Apple ID From same and would like to use the same for unlocking my IPAD.

You can't get the id from the serial number - and it wouldn't help you reset a disabled device anyway.
What is the error code ? Is it one on this troubleshooting page : Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support ?
Updating iTunes on your PC would be a good idea. I was helping another user recently who was getting this error when restoring and when he updated iTunes to the latest version, he was able to restore. The latest version of iTunes is 12.3.2.
No guarantees that it will work, but it is recommended that you update when you see any error code like this.
Have downloaded and installed iTune 12.3.2.35 (64 bit) on Windows 8 machine to recover my iPAD 2. Have followed steps mentioned in https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201263 for recovery.
On performing step -3 (update option), iTunes is giving msg íTunes is currently downloading software for iPad "iPad" which is continuing since last 45 min to an hour. While this is in download state, iPad is moved out of recovery mode couple of times.
I followed step - 4 (restore option) as per doc during s/w download is still in progress and now finally getting 1641 error while restoring. Note - In background, still software download for iPad is shown in progress in iTunes user interface.
Appreciate help to resolve this as service center in India charges heavily for such 15 min work as per steps mentioned.

I am having iTunes 12.1.0.71 on Windows 8 and still above error continues to come. Not sure of host file settings and why do I need to do? Appreciate your guidance on the same
Have you gone through all of the steps on that linked page and checked/changed your computer's settings ?
