Apple TV don't connect with App Store

Apple TV don't connect with App Store

I am setting up our new apple TV but when I try to connect the App Store and home sharing it says that cannot connect ... All my other devices are connected without problem... any clue?!

Apple TV, iOS 9.2.1

Has it connected to your network properly. What is it's IP address.

I have the same ploblem.

Soy de Venezuela y desde la semana pasada no puedo usar mi appleTV porque no me conecta a la AppStore.
