Q: Redeeming Gifts

I have two $10 gifts, and just purchased an app for $29.99. It did not draft any money from my gifts, how can I ensure I utilize my gifts first?

If you redeemed the cards before the purchase (as described in Redeem iTunes Gift Cards and codes - Apple Support ) then it should have automatically used your iTunes balance first. If it didn't, contact iTunes support: https://getsupport.apple.com
