Forget icloud id and password cannot activate iphone5s

hi

my mom forgets totally icloud id and password, i did reser all setting of the phone and now i cannot activate it for sure.

i Still keep full box of this iphone to prove that i bought it and it is mine property. Pls help me to remove icloud so i can use it. Thank You pls help me
