I was able to play episodes 26 and 24 from the Store page, and when I subscribed I could download episodes 24, 25 and 26 perfectly well (though on a first go episode 25 was very slow to download). So there doesn't appear to be anything wrong at present when subscribing: it may have been a temporary hang-up - try again now: if you have the same problem perhaps there is something odd at your end.
Episode 25 has not appeared in the Store and this is probably caused by the ongoing issues with the Store. You should contact Support and ask for a re-index. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
