Mar 16, 2016 9:37 AM in response to amemberby Meg St._Clair,It is a built in app on your iPad. It is called "Videos". The icon looks like a film clapper. As it is a pre-installed app, it has to be somewhere on your iPad. If you don't see it, a Spotlight search should turn it up.

Mar 16, 2016 10:11 AM in response to Phil0124by amember,First let me say that you guys have been so helpful to me! Thank you so much.
First, you're not going to believe it, but I didn't know there was another "pull down" from the center of the screen. That was MOST helpful. I did the Search and found Videos in a folder, but had to go looking for it. It was good to know what the Icon looks like so keep giving folks that info when they can't find their apps.
One more question...when I used "Search", it didn't tell me 'where' Videos was on my iPad. How do I get it to do that?

Mar 16, 2016 10:20 AM in response to amemberby Demo,You said that the app was in a folder. The search feature will show the name of the folder to the right of the app icon. It will not tell you the location of the folder. You have to swipe from screen to screen to find it.
An easy way to locate the Videos app is to reset the home screen layout and that will place the icon back on the home screen. However, it will destroy any home screen arrangement t and folder structure that you have in the home screen.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset home screen layout. This returns the home screen to the out of the box look when you first activated your device.

Do you guys know if you can put movies in the order you want to see them in, in the Video's app?

Mar 16, 2016 10:48 AM in response to amemberby Phil0124,No, I do not believe you can change their order. They are sorted alphabetically by Title.

I couldn't help but notice this is one of the rare times "branched to a new discussion" actually branched to a new discussion.
I'm sure you noticed but it happens so rarely I had to point it out.
Stay well. Bob.

Mar 16, 2016 2:08 PM in response to bobseufertby Demo,Hi Bob... I did notice that and I also noticed that this discussion we are currently in was branched from a discussion that I was in back in 2012.
Branched from an earlier discussion.
