Tradeline Store are scammers

Hello,

I would like to complaint about ( Tradeline ) store your premium reseller in egypt.

This issue starts when i pay a deposit to buy apple pencil, and they told me it's will arrive within one week, then they called me after delay of more than month some one called ahmed fouad, from city center branch, that the apple pencil is arrived and you can come and receive it. and when i went to the store i found it bought to another person. and thay told me they got a 3 pieces of it and the quantity is all sold. i'm gone mad on the sales person and he did't give me any solution and even a date to receive my apple pencil.

They are not a professional company to be your premium reseller in egypt i think, they scammed on me, and did't get me back the deposit or the pencil.

I'm a big fan of apple and really do love all your products and all my gadgets is apple.

Please take this case seriously and give me a solution i bought iPad Pro from 2 months ago and i can't use it well without the apple pencil.
