Q: Virus In my Iphone or somebody has access to my apple id?

I believe i have a Virus or somebody has access to my apple id for the following reasons.

1. when i go to a specific page online a pop up comes up saying that i have been selected from google  to take part to a survey, please verify that you are the owner off this phone. The only thing that i can do is say ok. i can't go back of do something else.

2. i can't log in to my appleid.com form my phone. i can do it from other phones or pc but not my device anymore.

3. when i try to do factory reset and i sync my phone with itunes the device name show (max's phone). That's not my name!! and i have an IOS 9.2.1 but in the itune is saying 8.0 and i also have a apple watch that i don't know sign in my itune.

i called the first time apple support their respond was that's nothing wrong. 2nd time they told me that i have a strong virus and i had to do the factory reset( apparently it didn't work). now i have an empty phone that i can't sign in with apple id, because it will start act crazy.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1

See if you can force restart your iPhone.

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

And change your Apple ID password >  Change your Apple ID password

If you see a survey pop up again, just force restart your iPhone. Never respond in anyway. A force restart does not delete any data.

There are no known viruses that affect iPhones (unless they have been jailbroken). So, if you're iPhone's not jailbroken, you don't have a virus.

The popups are a problem with the website's you're visiting. Force quite Safari by double tapping the Home button then swipe up on the Safari window. Then, go to Settings>Safari and top Clear History and Website Data.
